2.3 Content and Communications
WhatsApp messages sent and received through the Service are stored on our servers for the purpose of displaying chat history. We do not read the content of your messages unless requested by you for technical support or required by law.
2.4 Data from Meta
Our Service integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. We receive message metadata (timestamp, delivery status, sender/recipient numbers) to operate the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and send related notifications
- Respond to requests, questions, and customer support
- Analyze usage to improve the Service
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abusive activity

- Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, databases) that help operate the Service
- Meta Platforms, Inc. for WhatsApp Business API purposes

We implement reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, at-rest encryption for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. After an account is closed, we will delete or anonymize the data within 90 days, unless required by law to keep it longer.
