Welcome to Wayuk. By creating an account or using the Wayuk Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

• "Service" refers to the Wayuk platform including the dashboard, API, webhooks, and related features.
• "User" or "you" refers to the individual or entity that accesses the Service.
• "We" refers to Wayuk as the provider of the Service.
• "Content" refers to all data, messages, and information you send or receive through the Service.

To use the Service, you:

• Are at least 18 years old or of legal age under applicable law
• Have the legal authority to bind yourself to these Terms
• Are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses arising from an unreported account compromise.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service to send spam, phishing, or illegal content
• Sending content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
• Accessing our systems or networks without authorization
• Using the Service to disrupt, damage, or overload our servers
• Abusing the WhatsApp Business API in violation of Meta's policies

The Service is available in several subscription plans with prices as displayed on the pricing page. Fees are charged upfront on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) according to the plan you choose.

• Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway
• Applicable taxes are added according to local regulations
• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the refund policy

Meta WhatsApp Cloud API message fees are not included in the subscription plan and are billed separately by Meta.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are provided for partial usage.

Our Service depends on the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You are required to comply with:

• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
• Meta Platform Policy
• Meta Developer Terms and Conditions
• Applicable commerce and messaging regulations

Violations of Meta's policies may result in restrictions or termination of your WhatsApp Business account. We are not responsible for Meta's actions against your account.

All rights, ownership, and interests in the Service (including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation) belong to us or our licensors. Content you upload remains yours.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, access to your data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be settled through deliberation, and if no resolution is reached, through arbitration or a competent court.
